We imagined, built, furnished and looked after our private villas with great attention to comfort and attention to detail. They have been specially designed to accommodate refined travelers looking for unique experiences in Provence.
 
1 kilometer from the city center (20 minutes' walk), the houses are located in one of the most beautiful area of Saint Rémy de Provence, they each enjoy an exceptional view of the Alpilles Hills.

The Villa Levant of 140 m² offers 3 double bedrooms with 2 individual bathrooms, on the ground floor a beautiful living space with large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen & fireplace area opening onto a spacious terrace. Air conditioning, heating & wifi. For your comfort, it is equipped with a laundry room.

Enjoy a 800 m2 enclosed garden with century-old oaks, a multitude of colorful flowers & herbs. The garden is equipped with a 8x4m secure & heated swimming pool from early May to late September, a bathroom, a pool house equipped with a Green Egg barbecue as well as wide terraces furnished on different levels & a closed garage with electric plug to charge the car.

For more capacity, you have the possibility of combining with Villa Couchant (3 bedrooms) and Mas de l'Amarine (6 to 8 bedrooms)

Arrival & departure
It is possible to arrive whenever you want, starting from 4:00 p.m. Please let us know before hand if you will be arriving after 9:00 p.m. All rooms must be vacated before 10am.
  
Booking Conditions 
A booking is only firm and definitive on payment of 50% of the total price, by bank transfer. The remainder of the rental price is due 30 days before the day of arrival. Payment for extras is due on the day of departure.             
A security deposit in the amount of € 3,000 is required trhrough credit card upon arrival. It will not be charged on your credit card except in the case of damages or any unpaid expenses due.
             
The consequences of the cancellation of the rental entail the collection of the following fees:

• The Tenant cancels more than 30 days before the date of taking possession of the rented property: the cancellation fee will be 50% of the amount of the deposit of the rental.
• The Tenant cancels less than 30 days before the date of taking possession of the rented property: the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount of the rental
