Every morning, the Mas de l’Amarine welcomes you for a moment of tranquility and culinary delight in the heart of the Alpilles.
Served entirely at your table, our breakfast showcases the flavors of the region: artisanal breads, homemade pastries and baked goods, local jams, seasonal fruits, Provençal honeys, farm-fresh yogurts, and specialties selected from local producers. A generous selection to savor at your leisure, according to your preferences.
A menu dedicated to eggs rounds out this gourmet experience. Prepared to order, they’re available scrambled, fried, poached, as an omelet, or as eggs Benedict.
Open to both Mas residents and outside visitors, breakfast is an invitation to take your time in the warm and peaceful setting of the house.
