Arrival & departure
It is possible to arrive whenever you want, starting from 4:00 p.m. Please let us know before hand if you will be arriving after 9:00 p.m. All rooms must be vacated before 10am.
Booking Conditions
A booking is only firm and definitive on payment of 50% of the total price, by bank transfer. The remainder of the rental price is due 30 days before the day of arrival. Payment for extras is due on the day of departure.
A security deposit in the amount of € 3,000 is required trhrough credit card upon arrival. It will not be charged on your credit card except in the case of damages or any unpaid expenses due.
The consequences of the cancellation of the rental entail the collection of the following fees:
- The Tenant cancels more than 30 days before the date of taking possession of the rented property: the cancellation fee will be 50% of the amount of the deposit of the rental.
- The Tenant cancels less than 30 days before the date of taking possession of the rented property: the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount of the rental
